The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization has contracted with RGF Consulting Corporation to provide FREE Federal Government Contracting Technical Assistance Training for Minority Serving Institutions (MSI) of Higher Education, and Minority Owned Small Businesses (SB).
